Inspired by real, scandalous tales collected by the author of the original 1845 novella while traveling in Spain, Bizet’s Carmen is a dramatic tale of love, jealousy, and tragedy between the hopeless soldier and the dancer Carmen. Join us for a night of breathtaking classics from opera, including the iconic Habanera.
