Community Grooves with PMT: Neighbors of all abilities are invited to participate in a 4-week series to explore songs and instruments in connection with how music can help express & manage emotions. Neighbors are welcome to enjoy music-making to improve their day and connection to the community through this free program! Check location for young children, elementary school aged, adolescents, adults or mixed-age program availability, led by staff from Piedmont Music Therapy.
No prior musical experience required. Register online or via phone! Dates are August - September 2024 in Charlotte, NC.
